2015 ANAM Fellowship

In 2015 I was awarded a Fellowship at the Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM) in Melbourne, where I was mentored by Genevieve Lacey, and directed 3 concerts, premiering new music featuring the viola in collaboration with fantastic young composers, in addition to existing works from a range of eras. I used this part of my website to publish information about the music I programmed, as well as about the people with whom I collaborated, including interviews with composers Brett Dean and Paul Kerekes. Following the first and third concerts, reviews were also published here.

This project was supported by the City of Port Phillip through the Cultural Development Fund.

2. 27/August, 6.30pm – Music by Ludwig van Beethoven, György Kurtág and Brett Dean.
